Zuckerberg dodges California billionaire tax as Meta board cuts secret deal while you pay the price

Mark Zuckerberg just scored a sweet deal from Meta’s board that should make every hardworking American furious. California, overrun by leftist policies, is pushing through another insane “billionaire tax”—all while ordinary families are already barely scraping by because of liberal incompetence. The golden state’s big brains think gouging the top earners is the way to save their sinking ship. But the truth is, whenever the government targets billionaires, average Americans get hit with the fallout—lost jobs, higher prices, and dying industries fleeing for safer ground.

The globalist tech kingpin himself threatened to skip town if lawmakers dared to pass this new tax. How did the Meta board respond? Did they defend their business, their shareholders, or call out California’s lunacy? Nope. They gave Zuckerberg a way to dodge the pain, cutting a backroom arrangement: more non-voting shares for Mark, just so he’d agree to stick around. He can turn those shares into cash to cover any new tax bills, while the rest of us get stuck carrying the burden. Special rules for the billionaire elites, crumbs for everyone else.

Liberals pretend these taxes “hold the rich accountable.” It’s comedy. When the wealthy get squeezed, they just twist the law, or get corporate boards to bail them out. Meanwhile, the small businesses—restaurants, plumbers, and the last Americans still trying to chase a dream—get punished until they finally throw in the towel. California is bleeding people for a reason. Even its biggest celebrities and moguls can’t stand the constant abuse from Sacramento’s “progressives.” These politicians hate prosperity, and they’re allergic to reality.

It’s pure hypocrisy. The same big tech overlords who bankroll politicians preaching tax-the-rich slogans are the first in line for sweetheart deals. Zuckerberg postures as a do-gooder, yet the second the state threatens his mega-millions, he gets a corporate parachute. Makes you wonder how many backroom deals are being done at the expense of everyday Americans, while globalists and their pet politicians stuff each other’s pockets.

California loves to talk about fairness, but all we see is corruption and betrayal. Their broken system squeezes the middle class dry, while the ruling class keeps getting richer and more powerful. If billionaires are running scared from Democrat policies, what hope is there for honest, working Americans? Maybe it’s time for leaders who care more about regular folks than keeping billionaires comfy in their coastal mansions.
