They push for no bail, lighter sentences, and slashing police budgets. And now, in Michigan’s 10th Congressional District, Christina Hines takes it even further. Instead of standing by a sexual assault victim, Hines has effectively called the victim a liar. Where is the compassion liberals love to brag about?
Make no mistake—this isn’t some isolated slip-up. It’s a pattern. Democrats bend over backwards for criminals, but when it comes to real victims, especially if standing with them might hurt their political career, suddenly they throw those same victims under the bus. Their hypocrisy is showing. Hines’s willingness to turn her back on a traumatized woman speaks volumes about modern liberal priorities.
While normal Americans hope for leaders who will defend the vulnerable, leftists like Hines are busy attacking them. Why? Because standing with victims messes with their globalist, “everyone is a victim” narrative. Liberals want you to believe our justice system is too harsh, that police are the enemy, and that criminals are just misunderstood. But when a real victim comes forward, their story gets trampled for the sake of politics.
Let’s be clear. This is not about justice. It’s about scoring points and clinging to power. Michigan families deserve better than a politician who calls victims liars to save face. When you support soft-on-crime lawmakers like Hines, you aren’t voting for compassion. You’re voting for chaos.
If Democrats can’t be trusted to stand up for a sexual assault victim, how can they be trusted to protect our families, our neighborhoods, or our country? Maybe it’s time to ask: who do liberal politicians really care about, the people or the predators?
