This time it was New Hampshire liberals scrambling to tweak the rules, ignoring every lesson from the chaos of 2020. But the Supreme Court wasn’t having any of it.
Why do Democrats always want to play games with our election laws? When regular Americans demand fair and secure elections, the left cries “voter suppression” and runs to activist judges. They love to toss around fancy words about “access” and “equity”—but let’s call it what it is: a blatant power grab. When they can’t win by the rules, they try to change them, hoping no one will notice.
But Americans are wide awake. What we saw in 2020—ballot dumps, rule changes, and confusion—made it clear that last-minute changes only serve chaos. Is that what the left wants? Apparently so. There’s nothing democratic about shifting the goal posts days before voters go to the polls.
The Supreme Court isn’t perfect, but at least they’re enforcing common sense. Leave the rules in place. Let people vote without the left’s confusion and courtroom drama.
